Physical properties

Melting point: between 1375℃-1450℃, the higher melting point allows it to maintain a certain structural stability in high temperature environments, and is suitable for high temperature operations, such as furnace components, high temperature pipelines, etc.

Thermal conductivity: 16.3 W/m·K, the thermal conductivity is relatively low, the temperature changes slowly during heating or cooling, and can be used for parts that require insulation or heat preservation, such as thermos cups, heat preservation pipes, etc.

Thermal expansion coefficient: about 16.5×10⁻⁶/k at 20℃-100℃, the expansion degree is relatively small when heated, and it can better maintain dimensional accuracy and connection stability in an environment with large temperature changes. It is often used for mechanical parts with high dimensional accuracy requirements.

Antioxidation: It has good antioxidant properties at high temperatures and can resist the erosion of oxidizing media such as oxygen and water vapor to a certain extent. Acid and alkali resistance: It has good corrosion resistance to strong acids such as sulfuric acid, nitric acid, phosphoric acid and some alkaline solutions, but has poor corrosion resistance in a few strong acids such as hydrofluoric acid. It can be used for equipment parts that come into contact with acidic or alkaline substances in industries such as chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
